The Knowledge-Based Economy (KBE) Campaign shall be implemented in three phases.

The main outcomes of the initial planning or pilot phase include:

• an Action Plan for a National Knowledge-Based Economy (KBE) Campaign;
• KBE Pillars strategies and a full-fledged national KBE Strategy;
• implementation of training programs to support the KBE campaign; and
• rapid results-based projects in selected areas. 

Future phases of the Campaign should witness implementation of numerous projects targeting specific objectives.
