The Small and Medium Enterprise (SME) Development Project targets to produce the following outputs:

• SME strategy mapping and coordination report;
• SME enabling environment and diagnostics report;
• a report on competitiveness and opportunities for Qatar’s SMEs;
• a report on needs assessment for capacity building in support of SME development; and
• SME Development Project synthesis report.
