The IT Office will assist to achieve GSDP’s main goals as an enabler and strategic lever. Its strategic approach is based on teamwork, delivery of results and  timely outcomes ensuring the harmony of people, processes and technology creating an appropriate effective work environment.

IT Office is committed to work together with internal and external partners to accomplish the mission and help achieve GSDP’s vision. It will also support the IT employees need to balance their personal and professional aspirations based on the respect of individuals and cultural differences, maintaining transparency, communication, proficiency and holistic teamwork approach.

To achieve the best results for GSDP, IT Office will advocate the appropriate use of methodologies and technologies for diagnosis, analysis and scientific forecast for the best of its clients.

The management of GSDP IT Office will establish and execute the basic principles for the IT Office which will be based on using best practices and standards of work , output quality, values and the desire to deliver business benefits in the following dimensions:

1. Methodologies and Modeling
The Methodologies and Modeling Affairs team will provide models, tools and required automated methodologies for strategic and scenario planning, task and project management, policy development to effectively contribute in the vision development and other activities related to GSDP.
2. Information & Knowledge
The Information & Knowledge Affairs team will provide GSDP with information and indicators for GSDP through integrated information solutions and / or acquiring the information and indicators from secondary sources in a user friendly environment. The team will also provide a rich website containing information on GSDP activities to the public.
3. Operations & Technical Support
The Operations and Technical Support Affairs team will secure all operational and technical services like e-mail and desktop services, file and document management, server and network management.
